Hopefully back

It's been a looong and busy 3 months. With finishing up the school year, vacation, selling our house, finding a new house, moving and now getting ready for school to start again there just hasn't been much time to update the blog. I'm hoping to begin blogging again but under a new heading. I would like to use this as a way to just update what is happening to our family and share pictures. But, we'll see how much time I will have to do all that :-)

Spring Break 2010 Baby!!

I had the BEST spring break...even if it was only my first one.  I loved hanging out with my Mommy everyday but the best part was getting to play with all my friends!  Some of the things I did during break was:

-Shop with Mommy's friend Corri

-Play at the park with Sydney O.

-Have lunch with Daddy at his work

-Went on LOTS of walks

-And...well...er...practiced getting drinks for our Dads with Charlotte...

Happy Easter!

My first Easter was very busy!  The bunny brought me a new basket with my name on it, and inside was a slinky, a book, and  of course, Easter eggs! I also got a new swing that I can't wait to try.

 

 

I loved my pink dress (it's actually not a dress, but my beach outfit which is still very big on me!)

 

First we went to church and heard some very nice Easter music. Then Mommy, Daddy and I went for a drive and headed home to see what the bunny left.  We went to Grandma and Grandpa Young's for brunch and Grandma Wulff's for dinner. My great grandma told some great stories too.

Overall, I'd say it was a very happy Easter!

Wedding bells are ringing!

I had a great time at my Uncle Rob and Aunt Jen's wedding.  Mommy was a bridesmaid (matron) and Daddy was Best Man!  I got all dressed up and Grandma Wulff was my date. I was an honary flower girl at my Uncle Stefan and Aunt Heidi's wedding a few weeks ago, but because Mommy got sick, no one got my picture...so I'm glad I got to wear my flower girl dress again!
At the reception, Grandma took me around to visit with people and made me laugh a whoooooole bunch!  I feel very lucky to have gotten two new aunts in one month.

I'm learning to eat on my own! I went to Bob Evans and I ordered my two favorite finger foods...carrots and mashed potatoes.  I also like to drink from my very own cup!

Valentines Day

My first Valentines day was filled with lots of hugs and kisses from Mommy, Daddy, Grandma, and.....

Snow Days

Mommy has had quite a few snow days recently.  We've done some fun things together:

-Played hair stylist

-Played with oatmeal (not mommy's favorite)

-Dressed up...mommy had socks that matched, well mismatched, my leggings

-Practiced crawling

-Played with my music table

I think I am going to like computers like my Daddy.  I love making the mouse go up and down and opening and closing my "laptop"

Rub a dub, dub...I'm a big girl in the tub!

This week I took my first bath in the big tub.  No more baby bath for me!  I like to play with the cup mommy uses to help wash my hair, and I LOOOOVE my washcloth!  It's fun getting clean! :-)

Snow Day

Mommy enjoyed having a day off school and Daddy liked getting to go to work late and come home early to play in the snow with me! I really enjoyed watching the snow fall through the window. Outside was a little too cold for me!

Christmas!

My first Christmas

My first Christmas was a BLAST...except for the whole ear infection and bronchiolitis thing. Mom was all hyped up about it and daddy told her that I just sounded like Darth Vader. Apparently, not the right thing to say to Mommy on Christmas day. I went to the doctor's first thing in the morning the next day and I had to be hooked up to this scary machine. I was NOT happy! I felt much better about a week later but here are some pictures of the happier Christmas moments!
